Being a Leader of Soldiers has enabled me to manage a very diverse team of Employees in my Insurance Agency. We have a multi-location operation employing several employees from around the State of MS. Some may see this as an exhausting task as to manage several offices from a central location. I see this as an opportunity to use the skills learned in the United States Army to make me a better Leader.
