Access to the building for all rentals is from 8am - 2am. “All day & Night”

$1000 Deposit to hold your date.
$2000 Rental fee - Due no later than 30 days prior to event.

WE WILL RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT AFTER COMPLETION OF EVENT AND YOU CLEAR THE BUILDING.

All rental options have access to:
A) 36 - 6’ Round tables
B) 20 - 6’ Rectangle tables
C) 360 - Cushioned Chairs
D) 20 X 16 Stage
E) Kitchen
F) Bonus room (600sf)
G) Outdoor under roof caterers corner with power and hot & cold water
